UV-Reverse, also known as uv light, is created by placing a lamp bulbs in an enclosed box with a sealed lid. Once the UV lamp is turned on, the light is emitted in the presence of sunlight. The light passes through a transparent sheet placed between the light bulb and the translucent mold, which allow the light to pass through and into the mold.
Mold manufacturers typically recommend that the uv lamp be purchased from a manufacturer that sells only UV-resistant resin molds. If you purchase your uv lamp from a non-UV source, it is recommended that you buy a non-toxic or “green” uv lamp bulb. Non-toxic ones have been proven not to produce any harmful emissions, even when stored improperly, but green lamps contain no UV rays whatsoever and are designed to be stored outdoors. UV resin molds are typically made in two separate processes: injection molding and extrusion molding. Injection molding uses a high-pressure injection system to build up the mold inside a metal tank. Once the mold is filled with resin, it is slowly rotated at very high speeds until the resin completely fills the mold. Once it is fully filled, the heat is used to cure the resin, causing it to harden again.
